This includes for example anatomy, facial analysis, injection techniques, first aid, anaphylaxis, aspetic non-touch technique, contraindications, what equipment is required and much more. You will also practice injections on a fake dolls head.
Following your home study you will then return to us for two practical days, one for Anti-Wrinkle (Botox) and one for Dermal Fillers. Your practical is done one-to-one, meaning you get the full attention of the nurse that is training you. This also helps if you are nervous, as we will guide you through every single injection on several different models. You will need to have 4 models for each day. Each person you inject counts as a case study which you’ll need to write up and submit following the course for evidence.
